This really inspires me. When I first started customizing, all I wanted to do was repaint my movie figures. This is now my new goal.
RE: Ptitvite's Devastator "technical data" (Ptitvite)

quote:

Wow, that actually reveals quite a bit. It's nice to see how these things go together. Those lego pegs clip in nice tight If I remember correctly.

RE: Ptitvite's Devastator "technical data" (hXcpunk23)

Awesome stuff, Ptitvite! I did something similar with the Devastator head you sent me. I picked up some large ball joints from HobbyLinkJapan and drilled a small hole in the bottom of the head. I inserted the post and left the rest of the ball joint exposed for now. I haven't done much on my own Devs yet, just have all the components, bots, etc., just no time to start it yet.

Thanks for posting this up and helping everyone out, bro. I'm not sure what I'll use for connectors, but these are something to look into (though I'll probably stick to either Energon connectors or Neo Shifters).

Ptitvite's Devastator "technical data" (Ptitvite)

Hope this helps :)

I have modified RID Hightower using Energon Strongarm's arms.
It's a tricky mod. You'll need to remove E Strongarm's arms and keep
the pins. you then make some space inside Hightower and drill some
holes to insert the pins. Make the holes bigger so that you have room to
make adjustments. To resize the holes, just put putty or epoxy glue inside
the holes when the pins are correctly aligned.
